EXAM:  CHEST 1 VIEW

REASON FOR EXAM:  DIZZINESS

INTERPRETATION:

COMPARISON:  06/08/04

FINDINGS:  There is marked rotation of the chest towards the left. Allowing for this, the heart size remains mildly enlarged. The mediastinum and pulmonary vascularity are unchanged. There is no radiographic evidence of new infiltrate, pleural fluid or pneumothorax.

There is a small radiodense nodule at the left cardiophrenic angle which is unchanged since the prior study. There is also a subtle questioned nodule in the left upper lobe which is also unchanged since the prior study..

IMPRESSION:  No definite change in the appearance of the examination.
